In order for the binary installation packages to interoperate
correctly, the Centre has decided on a standard configuration
for all packages. All HP-UX 11.X packages since June 2002
now typically install into an /usr/local or /usr/local/<package> tree,
though note that older packages installed into /opt/<package> (these older packages will be eventually phased
out to leave just /usr/local... as the only install tree).
