This package consists of a conversion from Fortran to C of the complete linear algebra package LAPACK, version 2.0. It was created using the utility f2c and then modified by hand by the authors and maintainers. It includes the functions of BLAS (Levels 1,2, and 3) and a directory (Translate) for those who wish to create and maintain their own version.
