MCSim consists of two pieces, a model generator and a simulation engine. The model generator, mod, was created to facilitate the model maintenance and simulation definition, while keeping execution time fast. It performs Monte Carlo analyses in a highly optimised, and easy to maintain environment. A Monte Carlo simulation will perform repeated (stochastic) simulations across a randomly sampled region of the model parameter space
