Decodes uuencoded and MIME base64-encoded files.  Automatically skips
leading and trailing junk lines.  Handles multiple input and output
files.  See the manual entries for more details.


To install:
    Unpack the files.
    Edit the Makefile to change the configuration options if necessary.
    Make.
    Make install.
