BLAST-1.2	The Basic Local Alignment Search Tool
Description:	It is widely known as BLAST, a family of sequence database comparison programs. It compares an amino acid query sequence against a protein sequence database. It can also produce a protein sequence database from a multi-sequence file in FASTA format.
