The Tix library is an extension to the Tk toolkit that contains over 20 new widgets. These include: MS Windows style FileSelectBox, Motif style FileSelectBox, Hierarchical Listbox, Directory List/Tree View, Spin Control widget .... And many more. It also includes support fro XPM and "compound" images which allow you to glue together bitmaps, images and text.
