Can be used purely as a browser (indicated by dark grey background) but at present has limitations: it won't handle &-prefixed character codes or Netscape enhancements. In edit mode (indicated by light grey background) it functions as a WYSIWYG editor for HTML pages. Browsing features are disabled while editing and vice versa.
