 NAME
xcolormap - show the entries in the current colormap.

 SYNOPSIS
      xcolormap [-root] | [-geom ...]

 DESCRIPTION
An X toolkit compatible client that displays the entries in the
colormap. It just figures out how many colors are in the Default
      Colormap, and then draws them.

This should work on just about everything since it only uses the X11
      applicationshell and core widget classes.

The colormap can be displayed on the root window using the -root
option. The display is updated as colour cells become used/freed.
